    Nestled on the corner of Brazos and 4th Street, Brazos Hall occupies a turn-of-the-century warehouse transformed into a magnificent two-story venue. Restored 100-year-old pine floors, exposed steel beams, and round-top windows exude a timeless and inviting atmosphere. From intimate gatherings to large-scale affairs, our 12,000 sq. ft. space can accommodate your needs and exceed your expectations. The space accommodates 1300 standing and 700 seated between the main hall and rooftop deck with rental furniture and other venue amenities available. Brazos Hall is part of Chef Shawn Cirkiel's Parkside Projects restaurant and hospitality group. Parkside Projects includes parkside, the backspace downtown and Anderson Lane, Olive & June, and two event spaces - 800 Congress and Brazos Hall.
