    About

    Generator Athlete Lab is the first facility in the city to introduce cold plunge therapy, and we remain the only facility in Austin with legally permitted, city health inspector-approved hot and cold plunge pools. Our recovery protocols are rooted in science and designed to optimize performance and wellness. Offerings include infrared sauna, contrast therapy (hot and cold plunges), Normatec lymphatic compression, vibration therapy, as well as small group and one-on-one personal training and therapeutic massage. Generator Athlete Lab is also host private events for both large and small groups, with the option to bring in outside catering.
