The same team behind the acclaimed Kerlin BBQ has done it again with the Kerlaches food truck. The husband and wife team was inspired when Venezuelan-born Amelis Paz-Kerlin tried her first kolache after moving to Central Texas and meeting her husband. The Texas breakfast snack reminded her of the classic Venezuelan treat she'd enjoyed during her childhood. With their already booming barbecue business, the couple developed their own take on kolaches instead stuffed with their delicious Kerlin BBQ meats.
