Our approach to food is simple. We work with the purest ingredients possible and let them speak for themselves, only adding a flourish—a kiss of fire or pure oil to accentuate; aging to concentrate flavor and tenderness, or seasonal herbs to highlight the time of year.
We work from a classic culinary repertoire, elevating familiar dishes and favorite flavors. We seek out the best local ingredients when possible— peaches find their flavor peak in nearby Fredericksburg, and local Meyer lemons or pink grapefruits are next to none. Hardwoods from the Texas Hill Country are our native coals.
We offer something for everyone—healthy, nutritional ingredients friendly to plant-based or restrictive diets, along with classic comfort foods and indulgent desserts.
