Opened in December 2018, Roughhouse Brewing is a family-owned and operated craft brewery in the Texas Hill Country just outside of San Marcos. Located on 5 acres of the Pasternak family ranch, the brewery makes refreshing, 100% oak-fermented farmhouse beer made to suit the Texas climate and landscape.
