Saffron serves an eclectic mixture of traditional Indian Cuisine punctuated by the flavors of the Himalayas. All dishes, sauces, naans and desserts are made in-house from scratch. Saffron is the first restaurant in Austin with a dedicated Nepalese menu, fusing the flavors of Nepal with those inspired by its neighbors India and China.
