    Located on The University of Texas at Austin campus, Texas Science & Natural History Museum offers a stunning backdrop for your next event. Whether you're planning a corporate party, reception, gala, lecture, wedding, or any special occasion, our 1930s Art Deco architecture and unique exhibits will leave a lasting impression on your guests.

    Our Great Hall, with soaring 40-foot ceilings and original glass block windows, is a versatile space perfect for seated dinners or standing receptions, accommodating up to 240 guests. For outdoor events, the Natural Resources Plaza features a spacious 150-by-25-foot permanent tent, offering a charming stone patio overlooking the UT campus with power and Wi-Fi access, bistro lights, and room for up to 500 guests. The combined spaces can host up to 800 guests.

    In addition to these beautiful spaces, your event includes full access to the museum's exhibits, catering kitchen, and flexible event prep and green room spaces.

    The museum is available for private event rentals every day of the week: Monday from 10:00 a.m-midnight and Tuesday-Sunday 5:00 p.m. - midnight.
