    The Cavalier is a bar and restaurant that combines sophisticated vintage décor with an unapologetic dive bar spirit. The casually upscale scratch-kitchen goes heavy on familiar Southern favorites but doesn't shy away from premium ingredients and adventurous flavors like the Cavalier Burger, a succulent burger topped with crunchy house pickles, white American cheese and a cornbread brioche bun; or the to the Acorn Squash with creamy barley over a bed of whipped goat cheese and topped with roasted acorn squash, pepitas and warmed blackberries.
