Hyatt Centric

Opening by the end of 2022

This boutique property from Hyatt will offer guests 246 rooms and an estimated 2,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The 1,400-square-foot presidential suite will also be available as a private event space. Guests can also enjoy a vibrant ground-floor restaurant and bar, a second-floor bar, an eclectic eighth-floor outdoor lounge and bar, as well as a 24-hour fitness center.

South Lamar and Riverside
Opening October 2022

The luxurious comfort of The Loren will feature a panoramic view of the Austin skyline and Lady Bird Lake. The hotel will include 108 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, event space, bar and lounge. More details to come as the opening approaches.

Colorado and Seventh Streets
Opening by end of 2023

New York-based Turnbridge Equities is developing the hotel with citizenM Hotels. CitizenM is a Dutch hospitality brand focused on "urban travelers." The 17-story luxury hotel will feature 344 rooms.
