This boutique property from Hyatt will offer guests 246 rooms and an estimated 2,000 square feet of meeting and event space. The 1,400-square-foot presidential suite will also be available as a private event space. Guests can also enjoy a vibrant ground-floor restaurant and bar, a second-floor bar, an eclectic eighth-floor outdoor lounge and bar, as well as a 24-hour fitness center.

Opening October 2022
The luxurious comfort of The Loren will feature a panoramic view of the Austin skyline and Lady Bird Lake. The hotel will include 108 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, event space, bar and lounge. More details to come as the opening approaches.
citizenM Hotel

Anticipated to open in Summer 2023, 'affordable luxury' hotel and lifestyle brand citizenM will open its 13th hotel in US (and 32nd in the world) - the brand’s very first in Austin: citizenM Austin Downtown. Developed in partnership with Turnbridge Equities, the 17-story tower will house a 344-room hotel featuring citizenM’s signature interior design by its longterm Amsterdam-based architecture partner, Concrete. Interiors will feature an eclectic mix of contemporary art and objects by local artists, and the hotel will also feature a rooftop pool and bar area, with design by commissioned artist PONI (Hilda Palafox).
