The food and drink at Sour Duck Market is inspired by local farmers and purveyors. Meats are smoked daily in a 1000 gallon pit smoker, the flour for baked goods is milled locally and cocktails are made with the freshest juice and product. We believe in showing true craftsmanship in cooking by serving good, local food, made the way nature intended — from scratch.
