Convention Services Coordinator
We have an opening for a customer-service oriented individual with excellent communication skills, good office skills, and a general knowledge of Austin and the hospitality industry. This full time, non-exempt, hourly position serves as support to the Convention Services department.
Qualified individuals should possess good organizational and communication skills and a proven ability to take direction and work well under pressure. Desired experience includes customer service, communication with the public in person and on the telephone, and a variety of clerical tasks. Computer skills are required and database experience is particularly desirable. Important personal traits are the ability to take initiative and work with little supervision, to manage multiple tasks and projects, to meet deadlines, and to learn quickly.
